Refund and Cancellation Policy 

The company may terminate this agreement for cause if the User commits a material breach of Agreement and fails to cure such breach. Any User’s access to the Website or its services can be terminated or suspended at any time by the Company or the Website, without warning or intimation to such User and any refund, compensation, or monetary reimbursement of any kind for any reason whatsoever, if it is found that any User is in breach of the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, or that their conduct is unlawful, at their sole and exclusive discretion. Under no conditions will the Company or the Website be responsible to any User or third-party if a User’s access to the Website or its services is terminated for any reason.

The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site or account for any reason, including without limitation, violation of applicable laws, or breach of these Terms. You agree that any termination of your account may be effected without prior notice. You further acknowledge that the Company will not be liable to you for any termination of your access to or use of the Site.

You also acknowledge and give consent that in any condition where User makes any payment to the Company, afterward intends to withdraw his consent or terminate the agreement and consequentially if demands or claims for any refund, compensation, or monetary reimbursement of any kind for any reason whatsoever will not be entertained by the Company or the Website.

Users who do not consent to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy have no other option but to stop using the Website. Upon termination of this agreement between the Parties, the User is obligated to destroy all copies of any material produced by the Company or the Website in his or her possession and to refrain from using the same in the future. Concerning the aforesaid, the payment made if any for the provision of the right to use the functionality will be non-refundable.
